Harold also represented national and international clients in a variety of litigious matters, both before the ordinary and administrative Belgian courts and in arbitration (including ICC, CEPINA-CEPANI and ad hoc panels). Litigation included corporate (including shareholders’), energy, logistics & distribution, product liability, lease and general commercial issues, as well as specific white-collar crime defense. Harold is a member of CEDIRES.
Harold’s client portfolio consists of public and private corporations, both Belgian and international (in particular UK, North-American, Japanese, Brazilian and German) and including several Fortune 500 corporations.
